The return period starts from the day you receive your package.

To be eligible for a return, items must have all original tags attached and unwashed.
Your order must be returned with the keychain, stickers, and card it came with.
Exchanges are offered on a case-by-case basis. If you'd like to exchange an item, please contact our support team. If you agree to the solution we propose, we'll arrange it for you. Otherwise, the item must be returned.
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. To modify it, contact our support team - if the order hasn't entered processing yet, we'll update it. Once it's in production, changes can no longer be made.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact our customer support team and we'll arrange a refund or free replacement.
Please note: wrinkles or creases from packaging are not considered defects, and a single loose thread doesn't qualify either. A claim is only valid for genuine quality issues.
Return shipping costs are covered by the customer. If you choose to return an item instead of exchanging it, you'll be responsible for shipping it back to the return address we provide by email.
