These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of classickidsjerseys.com (the “Website”) and any purchase you make from us. By using the Website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, together with our Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.

Classic Kids Jerseys is an online store operated by Icon Football LLC, 1309 Coffeen Avenue, Ste 1200, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States (“we”, “us” or “our”). The Website is hosted on Shopify, which provides our online store, secure checkout and order management systems.

2. Eligibility and Orders

To place an order, you must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) or have the permission of a parent or guardian. You will receive an email confirming your order once it has been placed.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order, including where an item is unavailable, where there is an error in pricing or product information, or where an order appears to be fraudulent. If we cancel an order that has already been paid for, you will receive a full refund.

3. Products and Sizing

We make every effort to display our products accurately. However, colors may vary slightly depending on your screen settings. Sizes are based on age and are provided as a guide only; please refer to our size chart before ordering. Product details, prices and availability may change without notice.

4. Trademarks

Club names, crests, competition logos and player names displayed on our products are the property of their respective owners. Classic Kids Jerseys is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any club, league or player unless expressly stated.

5. Prices and Payment

Our prices are set in US dollars. If you shop in another currency, the converted price is displayed at checkout, and your bank may apply its own exchange rate or fees. Any applicable taxes are shown at checkout.

Payments are processed securely by Shopify and its payment partners. We do not see or store your full card details.

6. Discount Codes and Promotions

  • Discount codes cannot be combined with each other or with other offers unless the offer states otherwise. Where an automatic discount and a discount code cannot be combined, the discount that gives you the greater saving is applied at checkout.
  • Discount codes may be subject to an expiry date, a minimum order value or usage limits, and have no cash value.
  • Personal discount codes are intended solely for the recipient.
  • We reserve the right to cancel orders placed with discount codes that were issued in error, shared without our permission or otherwise misused. If an order is canceled for this reason, you will receive a full refund.
  • We may modify or end any promotion at any time. This will not affect orders that have already been placed.

7. Shipping, Returns and Refunds

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Full details are set out in our Shipping Policy. Returns, exchanges and refunds are handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

8. Reviews and User Content

By submitting a review, photo or other content to us, you confirm that it is accurate and that you have the right to share it, and you grant us permission to display it on the Website and in our marketing. Photos of children should only be shared with the consent of their parent or guardian. Content that is unlawful or offensive is not permitted, and we may remove any content that does not comply with these Terms.
