Return Period

The return period starts from the day you receive your package.

United States: 30 days
Rest of the World: 14 days

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must have all tags attached and unwashed.

Your order must be returned with the keychain, stickers, and card it came with.

Exchanges

Exchanges are offered on a case-by-case basis.

If you'd like to exchange an item, please contact our support team.

If you agree to the solution we propose, we'll arrange it for you. Otherwise, the item must be returned.

Cancellations

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.

Damaged & Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact our customer support team and we'll arrange a refund or free replacement.

Please note: wrinkles or creases from packaging are not considered defects, and a single loose thread doesn't qualify either. A claim is only valid for genuine quality issues.

Return Costs

Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.

If you choose to return an item instead of exchanging it, you'll be responsible for shipping it back.
